| PRINCIPLE |
|
The SJM-1800 vertical agitated wet ball mill consists of the main drive, screen housing, stripper cylinder, and the frame. The stripper is mainly composed of the shaft, impeller disc, washer, and balance wheel, whereas the jacket for stripping cylinder is cooled by the forced circulation.
The ore pulp is fed through the feeding pump system from the bottom to the stripping cylinder. A certain amount of stripping media stored inside the cylinder is driven by the main drive to enable the high-speed rotation of stripper. The stirring and dispersion resulting form the strong force of the stripping disc will lead to fierce squeeze, impact, grinding, shear and high tension between the ore pulp and stripping media, thus grinding the particles from the pub into superfine grains. The finished pulp fluid will be filtered, discharged and collected at the outlet.

Application Scope
The microtone applies to fine grinding for such nonmetallic ores as calcium carbonate (calcite), kaolin(coal-bearing kaolin), dedicate, scale stone, barite, iolite, dickite, pyrauxite, graphite, zircon sand, and bentonite. |
